𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, manage inventory flow, and ensure smooth coordination between distributors, warehouse, and the sales team.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Manage and monitor stock inventory while ensuring accurate stock records
• Coordinate with distributors regarding orders, deliveries, and stock availability
• Handle complete order management cycle from booking to dispatch
• Monitor payment status (MD) and ensure timely follow-ups and recovery
• Work closely with the sales team to support daily operational activities
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, stock reports, and performance reports
• Ensure smooth communication between warehouse, distributors, and sales department
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Supply Chain / Distribution Management
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
