BRANCH OPERATION MANAGER (KARACHI)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily branch operations and distribution activities
- Oversee cash and credit sales, ensuring timely collections and credit control
- Conduct daily stock closing and reconciliation of inventory
- Deliver high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Lead branch staff: hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Enforce operational policies, procedures, and compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Monitor branch financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and promptly
- Ensure branch safety, risk mitigation, and adherence to security protocols
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to support company-wide initiatives
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain customers
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s Preferred).
- 10 – 12 years relevant experience in warehousing & Logistics
- Microsoft AX Dynamics D-D365 Hands-on experience preferred.
