BRANCH OPERATION MANAGER (KARACHI)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily branch operations and distribution activities
  • Oversee cash and credit sales, ensuring timely collections and credit control
  • Conduct daily stock closing and reconciliation of inventory
  • Deliver high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Lead branch staff: hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
  • Enforce operational policies, procedures, and compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Monitor branch financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and promptly
  • Ensure branch safety, risk mitigation, and adherence to security protocols
  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to support company-wide initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain customers

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s Preferred).
  • 10 – 12 years relevant experience in warehousing & Logistics
  • Microsoft AX Dynamics D-D365 Hands-on experience preferred.
