We are hiring Customer Services Executives (International Contact Center) for our Karachi office!

Location: Karachi
Shift Timings: 09 hours (Flexible to work in rotational shifts)
Qualification: Intermediate or O/A Levels
Experience: Fresh to 1 year in BPO service with proficient English communication

Job Specifications:

  • Handle customer interactions for international clients through calls and written communication.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English to address customer queries and concerns.
  • Listen attentively to customer issues and provide accurate, timely solutions with empathy.
  • Identify customer problems quickly and escalate or resolve them as required.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions.

Skillset Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute for accurate documentation.
  • Strong listening skills with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce, foreign trade, or international customer service is a plus.
