Global Marks is seeking an experienced Accountant to support factory operations and logistics. This role involves hands-on accounting for production, costing, trip closures, vendor management, and daily financial entries.
Ideal candidates will have strong technical accounting skills and familiarity with manufacturing or logistics environments.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Prepare customer invoices and track payments.
- Manage product costing, material usage, and overhead allocation.
- Handle factory expenses during construction and operations.
- Verify daily trip closures and reconcile customer ledgers.
- Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
- Process vendor bills and manage expense records.
- Maintain daily accounts and financial entries.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Candidate should ideally be ICMA, CIMA, or MCom.
- Practical experience in factory or logistics accounting is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliations and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
