Position Title: Manager Internal Audit

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and updating the Audit Strategy, Internal Audit Charter, Audit Policy, and Annual Audit Plan;
2. Provide support in preparation and monitoring the internal audit budget;
3. Maintain internal audit independence and functional segregation in line with professional standards;
4. Periodically update the audit universe and risk assessment;
5. Plan, execute, and supervise audits in accordance with the approved Audit Plan, Internal Audit Policy Manual, Internal Audit Standards and
   Regulatory Guidelines;
6. Review audit working papers, findings, and reports to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with methodology;
7. Communicate audit results to stakeholders and escalate significant issues as required;
   8.Monitor and follow up on audit issue remediation;
8. Assist in special investigations, fraud reviews, and confidential assignments as directed by the BAC;
9. Provide approved non-audit advisory support to management, ensuring independence is maintained;
10. Assist in quarterly and annual reporting to the Board of Directors through the Board Audit Committee (BAC).

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Ideally Undergraduate / Post-graduate preferably in Accounting & Finance or ACCA Qualified / CA Finalist / ICMA qualified with some basic knowledge of Islamic Banking and IT/IS Audit
2. Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience with Internal or External Audit
