o Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email or phone in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
o Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints effectively and empathetically.
o Maintain and update internal records and support documentation as needed.
o Support the customer support team in day-to-day operations and additional assigned tasks.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
o Good typing speed and proficiency in written communication.
o Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
o Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively.
o Willingness to learn, take feedback positively and continuously improve.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Manage the full recruitment cycle of retail stores of North region, including job posting, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Handle employee grievances, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
o Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
o Oversee basic HR operations, including attendance management, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
o Provide support to employees on HR-related issues and resolve any queries or concerns.
o Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role within a retail industry.
o Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong organizational and time management abilities.
