✈️ We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Admin (Travel Desk & Fleet Management)
📍 Location: Lahore
Adamjee Insurance is looking for an experienced and organized professional to lead and manage our Travel Desk operations!
What You’ll Do
- Oversee end-to-end Travel Desk operations
• Issue domestic & international air tickets for employees
• Arrange hotel accommodation and pick & drop services (local & international)
• Process employee visa applications
• Arrange foreign currency as required
• Verify hotel and air-ticket invoices and coordinate payments
• Maintain monthly travel MIS
• Manage the pool cars
What We’re Looking For
- Graduation
• 4–6 years of experience in a Travel Agency
