Responsibilities:
- Perform SAM Calculation to determine accurate time standards for processes.
- Optimize production lines through Line Balancing for maximum efficiency and throughput.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen, VSM, elimination of 8 Lean Wastes).
- Conduct Data Analysis & RCA to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead Waste Reduction initiatives to minimize waste in manufacturing processes.
- Continuously improve processing efficiency through industrial engineering techniques.
Requirements:

| Education | Qualification: BE/ME in Industrial Engineering or related field |
| Experience | 1 to 2 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or textiles. |
| Skills | * Strong understanding of industrial engineering techniques and lean manufacturing concepts. |
| * Ability to work independently and in teams to solve problems and improve efficiency. | |
| * Excellent analytical and communication skills. |
