WE’RE HIRING Export Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete shipment documentation after system closure and share it with the Post Shipment Team.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and update the Loading Plan.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding packing plans, bookings, manifests, dispatches and system closures.
- Prepare FI, customs and destination documents.
- Convert manifests into pack manifests and share ASNs with 3PLs.
- Create, validate and upload invoices and related documents to the SDM portal.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- An MBA, B.COM or a related degree.
- 3-4 years of work experience in a related field, preferably with reputable organizations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills.
