We are hiring Assistant Manager-Customer Experience and Conservation

Key Accountabilities
- To assist in managing the daily operations of the department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, adherence to company policies, and achievement of performance targets.
- Supports process improvement initiatives, monitors service delivery, supervises staff.
- Coordinates across departments to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) with 2-4 years of Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing a team
