Iqra University – Main EDC Campus is seeking qualified and passionate individuals for the position of Coordinator – Societies.
🎓 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing student affairs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
🎓 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- To be responsible for managing all functions including coordinating facility use, administering student services and activities/events held in or outside university premises.
- To ensure proper safety and security measures.
- To provide the students a platform to lead and learn in order to be great team players by giving them opportunities to arrange different curricular and extra-curricular activities.
- To provide the students with opportunities and facilitation in their non-academic affairs which will help them in a better realization of their potential, and talents and enhance their leadership skills.
- To connect the faculty members with students.
- To prepare Annual Magazine which will cover the activities of all Campuses/Constituent Campuses held during one year.
- To plan, organize, coordinate and oversee all the activities of the Student Society.
- To be responsible for ensuring discipline in the Student societies and that the societies are run as per the rules/regulations of the University.
- To submit quarterly progress reports of student societies.
- To put up a planned activity schedule with the consultation of management before the start of the semester.
- Perform any additional media-related tasks assigned by the management.
