We’re Hiring: Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage couriers for heavy shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatches.
  • Coordinate staff van operations and daily transportation routes efficiently.
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the company fleet to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Arrange transportation for shoots and other logistics activities as required.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and prepare accurate, timely reports in line with company policies.
  • Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
  • Prepare and manage financial documentation and reconciliations as required.
  • Maintain and update company legal and compliance records, including licenses, certifications, and renewals.
  • Support compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to company standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration or operations (retail industry experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with petty cash handling and vendor coordination.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
