We’re Hiring: Admin Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage couriers for heavy shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatches.
- Coordinate staff van operations and daily transportation routes efficiently.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the company fleet to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Arrange transportation for shoots and other logistics activities as required.
- Handle petty cash transactions and prepare accurate, timely reports in line with company policies.
- Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Prepare and manage financial documentation and reconciliations as required.
- Maintain and update company legal and compliance records, including licenses, certifications, and renewals.
- Support compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to company standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration or operations (retail industry experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with petty cash handling and vendor coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
