Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for a Manager Marketing & Fuel Cards based at Head Office, Karachi.
This position is responsible for running and developing Fuel Cards business along with Marketing, Non-Fuel Retail Business & Digitalization of Retail.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies for fuel card programs and loyalty initiatives to drive market share growth.
- Present retail business overview to top management on daily basis regarding, retail station potential, sales vs external upliftment along with Tour Plan and Recon performance.
- Manage Hascol Genie Application, ensuring proper monitoring of external fuel upliftment activities and accuracy in reporting.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and areas of improvements.
- Oversee and support the successful integration of ERP systems to improve business efficiency and data management.
- Engage with corporate clients and vendors to drive Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) revenue through strategic deals and partnership.
EXPERIENCE
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in an OMC or FMCG.
- Candidate must be proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and negotiation skills to develop a strong network of contacts.

Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for a Manager Procurement based at Head Office, Karachi.
This position is responsible to lead and manage the procurement function by ensuring timely sourcing of goods and services in alignment with the company policies, regulatory compliance, and operational needs while optimizing cost, quality, and supplier performance.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Forecast procurement needs based on company projects and operational demands.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors. Maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct regular performance reviews and supplier audits.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors. Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations to resolve disputes.
- Oversee procurement process, including purchase requisitions, approvals, and order placements. Ensure cost-effective acquisitions and timely delivery.
- Ensure all purchasing activities are within the approved budget and comply with financial controls.
- Ensure strict compliance with the organization’s procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably at an MNC.
- Relevant Certification – CIPS/PMP is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is desirable.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
