We Are Hiring! RECEPTIONIST IS REQUIRED
We are seeking for dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team at Lahore.
Major Responsibilities:
- Keep and manage the CEO’s daily schedule (meetings, calls, appointments).
- Prepare simple reports and business documents.
- Write, draft, and edit letters, emails, and documents.
- Direct Visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Handle and keep safe important files, contracts, and documents
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity Qualification: Minimum Graduation Gender: Male/Female
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills & communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
