Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Key Accounts Manager to join our Frozen Foods division. The role will focus on driving product placement, sales growth, and customer relationships across Modern Trade and large grocery channels. The position requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and flawless execution to establish Sunridge Frozen Foods as a leading player in the category.
Key Responsibilities
Secure product listings in Modern Trade and large grocery stores.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure availability and visibility of Frozen Food Products (FFP) at target stores.
Manage company assets (freezers) to ensure proper placement and upkeep.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Drive in-store performance through activations, promotions, and visibility initiatives.
Provide accurate forecasts to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Develop and implement an effective Route-to-Market (RTM) for the frozen foods category.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Key Accounts/Modern Trade/FMCG sales (frozen foods experience preferred).
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to execute activations and promotions at store level.
Analytical mindset with good forecasting and planning capability.
