WE’RE HIRING QUALITY ASSURANCE INCHARGE
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or related field | Experience: 3-4 years of experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-line and final inspections of garments to verify workmanship, measurements, trims, and finishing against approved specifications and AQL/buyer standards.
- Record, classify, and analyze defects; identify recurring quality issues; and work with production/IE teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality requirements, factory SOPs, and process control checklists across cutting, stitching, and finishing stages.
- Support vendor/buyer/third-party audits by preparing CAPA reports, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and tracking closure of non-conformities.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly QA reports, dashboards, and defect registers, and share timely updates with the QA Manager and cross-functional teams.
