𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Develop, implement, and enforce robust Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations
o Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and facility inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
o Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
o Organize and deliver safety training programs (fire drills, first-aid, emergency response) to ensure company-wide preparedness.
o Develop and manage a comprehensive security strategy to protect company assets, intellectual property, and personnel.
o Oversee physical security measures, including access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and security personnel.
o Manage and coordinate with external security agencies and liaise with local law enforcement authorities.
o Develop and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery procedures
o Lead and manage the administrative functions, including facilities management, transport, cafeteria, and office services.
o Ensure efficient management of office supplies, vendor contracts, and service agreements, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
o Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
o Manage the department’s budget, forecasts and expenses.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CPP) is a strong plus.
o Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in managing combined functions of Safety, Security, and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or large corporate setting.
o In-depth knowledge of HSE laws, security protocols, and administrative best practices.
o Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with security/safety management software.
o Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.

o Assist employees with administrative requests such as ID cards, seating arrangements and transport coordination.
o Assist in Managing travel arrangements, transport and hotel bookings for official visits.
o Receive, log, and resolve employee complaints related to facilities, maintenance, and admin issues.
o Ensure timely escalation and resolution of pending matters.
o Maintain records of purchases, expenses, service agreements, and contracts.
o Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
o Support implementation of health, safety, and security measures in office premises.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
o 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in office administration, facilities management or related functions.
o Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
o Good communication and negotiation abilities to deal with vendors and internal stakeholders.
