Manager – Admin and Compliance
Description: We’re seeking an experienced professional to oversee day to day administrative functions. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient operations, managing administrative teams, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Oversee day to day administrative functions of the unit, including house keeping and facilities management.
- Prepare and maintain production floors and the factory as per customers compliance standards
- Facilitate to conduct customer audits as and when required.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Manage and develop administrative teams
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in admin and compliance roles, preferably in the textile industry
- Strong knowledge of social and customer compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
- Certification in compliance or risk management

Manager – Store
Description:
We’re seeking an experienced professional to oversee day to day operations of packaging store. The duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain accessories and packaging inventory
- Ensure accurate stock levels, storage, and handling of products
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods
- Implement and maintain store operations procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate wit procurement team for timely restocking of inventory
- Collaborate with production team to meet their requirements in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in store management or inventory control, preferably in a Textile manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
