Position: Production Planning Executive – Footwear

Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demands while optimizing resources, minimizing production costs and maintaining product quality.
· Develop and implement freeze planning, identify bottlenecks and work to eliminate constraints in the production process.
· Analyze the production processes and capacity for schedule adjustments as needed to meet changing demand
· Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
· To work closely with various teams, including production, purchase, raw material stores and quality to ensure that production goals and quality standards are met.

Position: Deputy Manager Costing
Experience: 6- 8years
Education: Graduation/ Masters
Location: Multan Road near Thokar Niaz Baig
Responsibilities:
· Analyze and calculate the cost of raw materials, labor, transportation and overhead involved in the production of products (footwear, bags etc.)
· Calculate labour costs associated with different stages of production, from cutting to assembly.
· Wages calculation through SPM Method
· Develop detailed cost breakdowns and estimates for new products (footwear, bags and accessories).
· To calculate the consumption of products (footwear, bags and accessories) components by using graph paper
· To prepare the bill of materials for products (footwear, bags and accessories) as per requirement
· Ensure cost control measures are in place to meet budgetary targets.
· Identify opportunities for cost optimization and propose strategies for improving cost efficiency.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cost-related information.
· Create detailed cost reports and analysis for management review.
· Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to costing and pricing.
· To prepare pre and post costing and variance analysis for better monitoring and control.
· Monitor cost fluctuations in the industry and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and brand standards.

Accounts Officer – Payable

Responsibilities:
To ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, and payments.
• Ensure proper validation of invoices against purchase orders and contracts.
• Manage vendor relationships, address inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
• Documentation for annual renewal of financing facilities and working thereon.
• Working for new loan facilities and completion of documentation thereof
• Investment of surplus funds into saving accounts/ mutual funds to off-set the financing cost.
• Ensure vendor reconciliations and resolution of issues relating thereto.
• Ensure monthly vendor account statement sharing with vendors.
• Oversee weekly/monthly payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support cash flow forecasting by providing AP projections and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement and operation teams for smooth workflow.
• Reconcile AP ledger accounts and assist with month-end/year-end close processes.
• Review and enhance internal controls and standard operating procedures for the AP function.
• Train and mentor team members; drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
