PERSONAL ASSISTANT (CEO)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Male Personal Assistant to support our CEO in daily operations and executive-level tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, managing schedules, attending meetings, and ensuring smooth coordination of all personal and professional engagements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the CEO in managing daily tasks, priorities, and administrative duties.
  • Maintain and update calendars, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Accompany the CEO to meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
  • Coordinate with department heads and teams to relay instructions and monitor progress.
  • Manage personal errands and ad hoc tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Discretion, reliability, and a professional demeanor.
  • Willing to travel locally for meetings with the CEO.
