We are looking for Purchase Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and procure civil construction materials, engineering items, and office supplies as per project and organizational requirements
- Obtain competitive quotations, evaluate vendor offers, and prepare comparative statements for management review
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases
- Raise purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely and complete delivery of materials
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and admin staff to understand material needs and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
- Collaborate with the finance department for invoice verification and ensure timely processing of supplier payments
- Prepare regular reports on procurement status, vendor performance, and cost savings
- Handle urgent and ad-hoc purchase requirements efficiently without compromising quality or compliance
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, supply chain, or related field
- 2 – 4 years of experience preferably in real estate or construction industry
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of local real estate and construction markets

We are looking for Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial statements: Generate accurate reports to assess the company’s financial health and performance
- Prepare and analyze Cash Flow Projections and Project Feasibility studies
- Monitor project budgets: Oversee spending within each department to ensure adherence to allocated budgets
- Ensure compliance with regulations: Maintain adherence to legal, taxation and financial regulations to mitigate risks
- Manage cash flow and liquidity: Monitor and optimize cash flow of project to support operational needs and financial stability
- Supervise accounting staff: Provide guidance and oversight to accounting team members to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments: Work with various teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with External and Internal Auditors
- Prepare and Analyze Cash flow variances: Predict future cash needs to plan for short-term and long-term financing
- Support strategic planning initiatives: Contribute financial expertise to strategic planning processes to drive business growth and profitability
Education & Experience:
- Professional Accountant – CA-Finalist / ACMA / ACCA with at least 10 years of practical experience
- 05 Years’ experience of Real Estate Development Sector is must
Requirements:
- Strong accounting & financial skills
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of ERP systems / Accounting Software
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office particularly MS Excel (Financial Modeling)
