WE ARE HIRING ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (Retail) ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure smooth daily operations across retail outlets, including store facility management, cleanliness, utilities, and stockroom efficiency.
- Handle contracts, procurement, and coordination with vendors for store maintenance, security, housekeeping, and office supplies.
- Lead and manage admin support teams, including office boys, drivers, housekeeping, and support staff across head office and retail.
- Manage company assets, vehicles (if any), inventory distribution, and inter-store movement with proper documentation and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and coordinate closely with HR, IT, and Operations to support retail functions efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-8 years of proven experience in administration, preferably within retail or fashion sectors.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
