Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited, one of Pakistan’s leading names in the steel manufacturing sector, is seeking a competent and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all civil construction and maintenance activities at the plant/site.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments for timely and quality project delivery.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
Maintain daily progress reports, work schedules, and resource planning documentation.
Assist in estimating materials and verifying contractor bills.
Resolve technical issues and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and relevant authorities when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Proficient in MS Office and project tracking software.
Qualifications & Experience:
BSc. Civil Engineering or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial or infrastructure projects.
