WE’RE LOOKING FOR A.M Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)
Location: Jamber
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and manage the Electrical & Instrumentation team, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability of all electrical and instrumentation systems in the factory.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to them to reduce downtime and improve equipment lifespan.
- Monitor and maintain electrical distribution systems, control panels, systems, and instrumentation for optimal functionality.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
- Coordinate E&I projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues, providing technical guidance to the team as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and instrumentation calibration reports.
- Collaborate with production, mechanical, and other engineering teams to address operational challenges and implement improvements.
- Oversee the procurement of electrical and instrumentation equipment and ensure all materials meet required specifications.
- Implement and monitor energy management initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures and process issues.
- Manage and mentor E&I engineers and technicians, fostering professional development and effective team performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies in all activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 06 to 08 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
- Experience with E&I maintenance, troubleshooting, and project management in a plant or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage team performance in high-demand situations.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR A.M Trade Marketing
Location: Karachi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support product sell-in and sell-out.
- Design and implement retail activation plans and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Product teams to align trade activities with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and ROI on campaigns to optimize future plans.
- Manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all trade channels.
- Plan trade budgets and track spending effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in trade marketing or channel marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in trade marketing tools and data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
