Finance Coordinator
Responsibilities: â–º Coordinate daily financial activities within the finance department. â–º Maintain and manage accurate financial documentation and records. â–º Liaise with banks for routine transactions, including payments, letters of credit, and reconciliations. â–º Frequent travel to banks for submission and collection of financial documents and related tasks. â–º Assist in the preparation and submission of internal and external financial reports. â–º Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations. â–º Handle any other finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Education: Bachelor of Commerce, or relevant qualification.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
Skills: â–º Strong knowledge of bank dealings and financial documentation. â–º Willingness and ability to travel to banks as required.
