POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for preparing annual budget plans and maintaining the Open-to-Buy (OTB) for assigned categories. This role involves pre and post season planning, analyzing sales and margin performance trends, and ensuring effective stock availability across all retail levels. The planner collaborates with key departments to execute product lifecycle planning, optimize inventory, reduce costs, and enhance overall retail efficiency. Additionally, the role supports strategic decision-making to drive profitable growth and improve category performance.
