Management Trainee Officer – Finance
The Role:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports by collecting and analyzing financial data from various departments.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by preparing cost estimates, variance analysis, and trend evaluations to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Participate in costing and inventory reporting activities, ensuring accurate product cost allocation and assisting in the preparation of cost sheets and analysis reports.
- Provide support in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice tracking, payment scheduling, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Gain hands-on experience with ERP systems for data entry, report generation, and financial documentation management to support efficient financial operations.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA in Finance from a reputed institution or ACCA qualified preferred.
- Experience: Fresh.
