Job Description:
· Assist in approving credit applications and recommend credit proposals within the assigned lending authority.
· Fundamental Credit Analysis of Financial Institution clients, including assessment of source of repayments, financial analysis using ORR Model and provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk.
· Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing and annual due diligence.
· Develop ORR/FRR model, both mathematical and statistical ones that directly relate to the risk being measured.
· Collateral Management, analysis of Refinanced mortgage portfolio.
· Manage and implement the ongoing quarterly production of IFRS9 expected credit losses, developing additional IFRS 9 ECL models and PD/LGD score cards.
· Assist in other credit related activities including presentations to senior management and local regulatory attributions.
· Assist in preparation of various regulatory reports which includes Capital Adequacy Report and Stress Testing etc.
· Assist in the implementation of Operational Risk Reporting, RCSA and KRI.
· Oversight of Environment and Social Risk Management (ESRM) in line with E&S Policy and procedures, focusing on PMRC’s responsibility and actions with regard to the Environment and social Management System (ESMS).
Eligibility:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of Education) in the field of finance, actuarial science or finance and accounting from reputed HEC recognized Institute.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Banking/ Financial Institution’s Risk Department.
