WE’RE HIRING! Head of Power Generation
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient and reliable operations of power generation, including Wartsila engines, 132KV grid station, and solar system.
- Monitor the performance of the Wartsila engines, grid station, and solar system to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize efficiency, and minimize downtime.
- Develop major maintenance programs for the Wartsila engines (8K, 16K, and 24K etc.), grid station equipment, and solar system components.
- Implement strategies to optimize fuel efficiency & consumption.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, such as emission standards and waste management practices.
- Lead the troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts related to any issues in power generation, including Wartsila engines, grid station, and solar system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 12- 15 years of relevant experience with reputed companies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
