Requirement:
- Education: Master’s in HRM.
- Experience: 5-6 Years, with at least 02 years in the same Role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement Performance Management Systems (KPIs, goal-setting, appraisals)
- Design reward structures & recognition programs
- Digitize HR with effective systems & analytics
- Lead OD initiatives aligned with company strategy
- Manage HRIS implementation with vendors
- Support COE tasks: succession planning, leadership dev & change mgmt.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of different HR systems
- Experience in Organizational Development (OD)
- Skilled in performance management design
