WE’RE LOOKING FOR Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
Location: Rahimyar Khan, Bahawalpur Quetta, Vehari, Okara, Mianwali, Layyah, and Karachi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory by implementing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and market feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales persons to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Ensure effective execution of promotions and merchandising strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
- Oversee inventory levels with distributors to ensure products are available and properly stocked.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Deep understanding of the market dynamics in the assigned territory.
