POSITION: Deputy Manager (Sales Operations)
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 to 4 years’ of HDT Sales experience.
QUALIFICATION: Preferably an MBA in Sales & Marketing
LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing 24/7 Customer Support (Sales/Service/Spare Parts) query/complaints via call center, Emails, website.
- Responsible for managing supply/demand in coordination with Production Planning and Plant.
- Managing complete orders and payments from the country-wide dealers.
- Responsible for creating invoices, delivery orders, and dispatching vehicles to dealerships countrywide.
- Coordination with Principal and Finance for the processing of PIs and opening LCs for CKD/CBU orders.
- Lineup concerned departments (head office) and Dealerships (All over Pakistan).
- Follow-up with customers until the query/complaint is resolved.
- Post-Service Follow-up calls to customers who visit GNL workshops for maintenance.

- Familiarity with Sales Reports and records
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software
