𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Relationship Manager Transaction Banking (Retail Banking Group)
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Lahore & Islamabad (Multiple Positions)
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 A graduate degree from an HEC-recognized university preference will be given to the candidates who have specialization in Banking & Finance / Business Administration
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Responsible to organize and execute Cash Management & Employee Banking deals within all business segments such as CIBC, Commercial / SME Retail / Institutional Sales etc. Primary responsibility is to achieve assigned CM & EB targets set at the of Calendar Year. Ensure to maintain monthly run rate to achieve given annual targets.
➡️ Servicing of existing portfolio and closely monitoring their monthly throughput. Conduct wallet sizing activity and enhance Bank’s wallet share through better services. Growth of at least 50% or as advised in throughput volumes from last year (existing and NTB).
➡️ To onboard Employee Banking Mandates in order to achieve Number of NTBS Month wise, train and assist teams to achieve these targets.
➡️ Closely look after existing portfolio of Employee Banking mandates to increase Payroll volume and deposit retention in these accounts.
➡️ Support POS Acquiring business team to deploy Maximum Number of Units, Throughput and generation of deposit region wise.
➡️ Generate Fee Income from Cash Management Services with teams for the budgeted numbers.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ 2-5 years of experience in Transaction Banking / Employee Banking functions within financial services sector.
➡️ Sound knowledge of digital channels, transaction banking products – cash management / collections/payments/POS/Employee Banking.
➡️ Experience of managing retail, commercial/corporate portfolio, knowledge about regulatory requirements.
➡️ Strong skills in MS-Excel/Microsoft Office.
➡️ Sound Interpersonal and communication skills.
