WE’RE HIRING GENERAL MANAGER PRODUCTION (FURNITURE FACTORY)

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).

EXPERIENCE: Experience: 8-10 years in furniture manufacturing, with at least 3 years in managing production of a large scale factory

LOCATION: SIALKOT

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee production of leather sofas, armchairs.
Manage factory staff, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
Enforce strict quality assurance at every stage, from raw materials to final product.
Ensure premium finishing, durability, and foam density standards.
Supervise raw material usage and inventory management.
Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and tools.
Enforce workplace safety standards and compliance.
Report production status and coordinate with other departments.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years’ experience in quality control (preferably in furniture manufacturing).

LOCATION: SIALKOT

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee quality assurance for leather furniture, sofas, armchairs, and built-in foam products.
Implement and enforce strict quality control standards at all production stages.
Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Identify defects and quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
Develop quality checklists and SOPs for consistent product standards.
Train and supervise QC staff to maintain high-quality output.
Coordinate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality concerns.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
