Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify & evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the highest quality & cost-efficiency for apparel products.
✅ Make purchase requisitions & purchase orders in the system as per available details.
✅ Prepare & maintain production status files for ready-to-review management.
✅ Assist Manager Sourcing in sourcing & production-related activities.
✅ Plan market visits for sourcing materials and conduct meetings for purchase & follow-ups.
✅ Collaborate with in-house units & outsource vendors for production follow-ups.
✅ Develop & implement sourcing strategies to meet the company’s objectives for cost, quality, & delivery.
✅ Collaborate with the design & production teams to understand product specifications & requirements.
✅ Monitor market trends & developments to identify new sourcing opportunities & innovations.
✅ Conduct supplier audits & assessments to ensure compliance with company standards & regulations.
✅ Resolve any supplier performance, quality, or delivery issues in a timely & effective manner.
✅ Prepare & present reports on sourcing activities, supplier performance, & market trends to senior management.
✅ Stay updated on industry best practices & emerging trends in apparel sourcing.
