Dany Technologies is a leader in the FMCG sector, committed to delivering quality products and exceptional value. We’re looking for a seasoned National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts nationwide and drive growth across Pakistan.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Lead and develop the national sales team to meet and exceed targets
Design and execute effective sales strategies for market expansion
Build strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams
Oversee sales performance and forecasting
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
5+ years of experience in sales leadership in FMCG
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Willingness to travel nationwide
