𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Hyderabad Sindh
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Responsible for complete supervision of the store.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and act accordingly.
- Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in a well-known retail brand
- Education: Minimum Bachelors
- People, operations management, and customer management skills are a must.
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
