Job Title: Manager – Maintenance
Job Description:
The Manager – Maintenance is responsible for leading and directing the smooth execution of maintenance projects, managing profit & loss of all projects, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients & vendors, and participating in technical negotiations. This position also involves developing, training, and managing shutdown managers and other human capital, ensuring coordination & conflict resolution among all stakeholders, and efficiently meeting project objectives while optimizing project resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) with over 16 years of relevant experience on oil & gas shutdowns and retrofit projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
