Corporate Front Officer
LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS, KARACHI
JOB SUMMARY:
- Data entry of Orders into the Oracle ERP system.
- Responsible to take written approvals by companies via fax & email.
- Maintain the record file of companies’ panel cards, approval & referral letters IPD & OPD.
- Build a healthy customer service relationship.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check the companies’ patient bills and resolve the relevant queries.
- To take the verbal & written approvals for corporate patients.
- Printing of bills, vouchers, admission / discharge list & summary bills.
- To collaborate with other IT personnel and seek from supervisors to develop relevant solution.
- Deal with companies’ concern person for patient queries.
- Reporting to HOD for the complex matters regarding approvals & financial issues.
- Capability to work well in high pressure situation.
- Any other task assigned by corporate management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Qualification: Graduate
Professional Qualification: Certification in IT.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferably hospital management.
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer software & Oracle ERP / Billing & Accounting management.
- Good commands over computer techniques.
