Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate costing sheets to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Utilize in-depth fabric knowledge to select appropriate materials for undergarments.
- Collaborate with factories on fabric development, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with factories to support development processes.
- Stay updated on new fibers and blends specifically suitable for undergarments.
- Apply knowledge of sewing processes and techniques to address potential production challenges.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to ensure timelines and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in apparel merchandising, specifically in undergarments.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of knit fabrics.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Team player.
