UPCO are looking for “Shift Supervisor – Mechanical”.
Requirement & Skills:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience.
- The incumbent should be B.Tech.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to work as a team player.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance in accordance with the production machineries.
- Perform maintenance, diagnosis, repair and installation of the mechanical machinery equipements.
- Should have skills of dealing with mechanical assembling works life gearboxes, pumps and cylinders.
- Actively participates in team activities, share knowledge and skills with other team members.
- Should know the tool handling SOPs with their applications.
- Ability to maintain maintenance record on daily basis.
- Capable of working as an individual and a team player as well.
- Participates efficiently in projects and tasks assigned by manager.
