We are seeking a detail-oriented Officer Exports to manage invoicing, courier services, and system processes efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records within the ERP system.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
· Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries related to invoices.
· Maintain records of all billing transactions and update the ERP system accordingly.
· Coordinate international and domestic courier services to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
· Liaise with courier service providers and manage service agreements.
· Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
· Assist in analyzing logistics operations to identify areas for improvement.
· Support the development and implementation of efficient courier strategies.
· Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in logistics and courier services.
· Utilize ERP systems to manage and track billing and logistics operations.
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
· Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
Skills:
· Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Presentable and professional demeanor.
