Dawood Engineering Pvt. Ltd is seeking a technically proficient leader to join our plant in HUB CHOWKI, as Manager of Quality. This position involves overseeing the transformation of prototypes into finished products, in close collaboration with operations to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be crucial in achieving engineering goals and contributing to the organization’s long-term strategy. Key responsibilities include managing major projects, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System, and implementing continuous improvement principles to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities:
· Build and lead a dedicated team to develop, implement, maintain, and enhance a unified manufacturing strategy.
· Identify, analyze, and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues within specified time frames.
· Provide test strategy and plan presentations to project, production, QA/QC, and maintenance managers.
· Monitor product/part standards and implement quality improvement activities.
· Conduct and document structured accident investigations, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
· Build and lead a dedicated team to develop, implement, maintain, and enhance a unified manufacturing strategy.
· Develop and manage QA/QC, production, supply chain, and maintenance metrics for performance improvements within the overall production process.
· Collaborate with plant members for improvement the existing one’s production process.
· Ensure adherence to Quality System standards, including ISO 9000, ISO 14000, IATF 16949 within the department.
· Develop, implement, and execute test procedures, performance enhancements, bug fixes, and production changes related to parts manufacturing processes.
· Work with management and staff to develop programs, rules, and procedures to minimize accidents and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
7-10 years of proven experience in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
