Job Description:
(Roles & Responsibilities)
• Check and verify details as on PO and inform relevant department for support before receiving
• Receive stock delivered from vendors or central warehouse in accordance with the PO (Purchase Order) /TO (Transfer Order) as shared by the head office staff
• Sort received stock categorically and carefully count all the stock to ensure accurate quantities are received at the store
• Ensure no damaged or near expiry stocks are received at the store
• Prepare shortage/breakage report and share it with the Head Office (Supply chain Head), also intimate to the vendor and warehouse for its replacement
• Lead the team of loaders and ensure all the stocks are carefully stocked in the go downs
• Prepare and maintain all record related to stock receiving and share reports to the management in a timely manner
• Ensure checked stocks are forwarded to concerned area in go-down or display by the staff in a timely manner
• Receive Spot purchase on invoice
