Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BDO/ASM/SM to join our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a BDO/ASM/SM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and managing the overall sales activities of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Job Description:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
· Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Address client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
· Develop and implement corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy.
· Facilitate effective communication between departments to drive overall business success.
· Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis, historical data, and sales team input.
· Work with leadership to set realistic and achievable sales targets.
· Contribute to the development and management of the sales budget.
· Monitor and control expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
· Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
Job Specification:
· Minimum 1 To 2 years’ Experience (Solar experience is a plus)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis.
