Job Description;
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize impact on production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the maintenance department.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation, including equipment maintenance schedules and repair histories.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability metrics, implementing measures to address any issues or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in maintenance management
Education and Experience Requirement;
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering from a reputable University, (a Master’s degree and or PMP would be a plus)
At least 9 to 12 years of proven engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Multinational FMGC or Packaging industry (aluminum metal packaging background would be ideal) Knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, standards, and machine and equipment capabilities.
