🚀 Role Overview:
As a Manager HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner), you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that support our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with leaders and teams across the organization to deliver strategic HR solutions, drive talent development, and cultivate a positive work environment.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive initiatives related to employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience 08-10 years in HRBP roles with a focus on HR operations in Textile Apparel Setup.
