Transsion Tecno Electronics Pvt Limited is looking to hire QA Engineer (Karachi)
Qualification: BE (Majors -Electronics, Telecommunication) or Equivalent
Experience: 2 to 3 years in relevant field
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures including incoming materials inspection, assembly line testing, and final product testing.
•Conduct thorough testing of devices to identify defects in hardware, software, and overall functionality.
•Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure that mobile phones meet design specifications and performance requirements.
•Perform root cause analysis on defects and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
•Conduct audits and inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
•Provide training and guidance to production line workers on quality control procedures and best practices.
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes, addressing root causes of quality issues and monitoring progress.
