We are looking for Head of Commercial Projects (Shopping Mall)
Education: MBA/BBA or (Minimum 14+ years education required)
Experience: (7 – 10) Years of experience in relevant field.
Job Location: Sialkot
Head of Commercial Projects will be responsible for overseeing the commercial development and management of the mall’s retail spaces. This role requires a deep understanding of retail trends, market analysis, negotiation skills, and project management expertise to drive the success and profitability of the shopping mall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to optimize occupancy rates, rental income, and overall profitability of the shopping mall.
- Identify prospective tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and manage relationships with retail tenants to ensure a diverse and attractive tenant mix.
- Collaborate with leasing agents to secure high-quality tenants that align with the mall’s brand and target market.
- Develop annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense projections for the commercial operation of the shopping mall.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
- Oversee the development and implementation of commercial projects within the shopping mall, including tenant fit-outs, renovations, and expansions.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive foot traffic, enhance the shopping experience, and increase sales.
- Leverage digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and other advertising mediums to effectively reach target audiences and promote the mall’s offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing commercial real estate, leasing agreements, and tenant relations.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the interests of the shopping mall and its stakeholders.
