Electro Polymer Pvt Ltd Jobs Senior Executive Commercial:
We are looking to hire a Senior Executive Commercial to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Execute import consignments by customs regulations, optimizing shipment flow and using appropriate documents for preparing items for shipments to ensure timely arrivals of materials at the business.
-Coordinate with foreign suppliers/relevant buyers to ensure timely movement of all imported goods and services.
-Conduct bidding to finalize competitive freight charges with freight forwarders and obtain the best freight rates for the cost-effective movement of goods.
-Liaise with banks for import document verification, filing, and record-keeping of all import documents.
-Possess good knowledge of import SROs, customs duties, and all other import-related matters.
-Calculate and plan for the necessary funds required for duty payments and other import-related expenses.
-Calculate the total cost of imported products, including duties, taxes, and other associated expenses on ERP.
Requirements:
-BBA in Supply Chain Management or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
-Strong understanding of import regulations and procedures.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
